EFFICIENCY OF LifeCode – COMPLEX A
In clinical practice:
Experience with the LifeCode – COMPLEX A in the residual stage of infantile cerebral palsy (CP) and the late period of severe traumatic brain injury (TBI).
A total of 10 children (9.5 -17 years) with cerebral palsy in the form of spastic diplegia (SD) and 4 children (7-13) years with the consequences (CCT).
LifeCode – COMPLEX A prescribed to patients in the form of rectal suppositories for 10 days, 2 candles on the night, every other day. During the course of of LifeCode – COMPLEX A all patients continued the standard rehabilitation treatment.
After the therapy course of LifeCode – COMPLEX A in the group of children with cerebral palsy positive trend was observed in 2 children with 1 level and 2 children with the III level of motor disorders. In children with a level of motor disorders first became possible on all fours, standing up, children first were based on the forearms and knees. In both cases, decreased expression of anti-tank rifles, as well as abnormal muscle synergies and synkineses. Accordingly, the observed decrease in severity of pathological motor stereotype. Improved manipulative activity of hands. Decreased oligobradikineziya. Dynamics of Modified Ashworth Scale and the Adductor Tone Rating was 1 point. In connection with the decrease of pathological symptoms, changes in status of patients after a therapy of LifeCode – COMPLEX A was estimated at 2 points. In 2 children with the III level of motor disorders after LifeCode – COMPLEX A therapy showed improvement of hand movements and an increase in the rate of executed movements, data evaluation of muscle tone by Modified Ashworth Scale and the Adductor Tone Rating without dynamics. In these cases, noted only improve the functionality within the original level, so changing the condition of patients after a LifeCode – COMPLEX A therapy was rated at 1 point.
In the group of children with the consequences of TBI positive effect of the drug occurred in 2 children II-m level of motor disorders. Hypertonicity observed decrease in muscle and an increase in active movements in the less affected limbs, predominantly in the distal leg. In the less affected limbs improved the pace and coordination of movements performed. Reduced muscle tone by Modified Ashworth Scale - 1 point. In these cases also showed improvement of functional capabilities within the initial level of severity of motor disorders, ie changes in status 2 patients after a LifeCode – COMPLEX A therapy estimated at 1 point.
